I printed the image onto a scrap piece of watercolor paper. I colored it with my Inktense pencils, using a damp paintbrush to pick up the color and apply it to the paper. After it had dried, I cut the top to an angle, as per the sketch. I cut a triangle from patterned paper, and adhered it to a piece of navy cardstock. I used my Perfect Layers cutting guide to trim the navy to a 1/16" mat around the triangle. I adhered that to the background panel, and adhered my focal panel on top. Finally, I mounted my card front to a white card base.

What a sweet card and a great take on the sketch, Andrea! What a darling sunbonnet fisher, and I love your perfect matting. Just love our Perfect Layers tools, don't we? Sure makes for a really sharp card! Hugs! xoxo
