I made this card for both of Friday's challenges - Free 4 All - Ride the waves - I used a new set of layering ocean stamps from PTI for my background.
The Mixability challenge was Stamp over it - Twice.
I stamped my background and then spritzed it with water to create some watermarks (not too noticeable!) I masked the setting sun and sponged around it so the sun was lighter. I stamped a splatter background over my ocean in black ink. I rubbed Versamark over the sun and the reflection on the ocean and embossed that section with Vintage Beeswax Baked Texture embossing powder so it shines.
I pounced the sentiment water color paper panel into distress inks rubbed on my craft mat that I had spritzed with water. I stamped the sentiment and then embossed around the edges with the Vintage Beeswax and layered it over the background with foam dots.

Julia, this is gorgeous! Such wonderful colors and patterns and feel to this - so artsy and fun. Love the sentiment too. Wish I had made it! Hugz
