I'm jumping back in to Teapot Tuesday challenges. I've missed playing but I had to get life back on track before I could play.
This challenge is a good one for me to play with. I was a teenager of the 70s and learned that 'plaid' was actually Tartan. (do you know which musical group I may have learned that from?)
I'm trying to get my Creative blog (separate from my SU blog) back on track. I knew I had non- SU paper in my stash that fit this challenge. While the tartan is actually a blue heather, the Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather colors from SU fit perfect with the blue. For a pop of color I added Pear Pizzazz ribbon beneath the daisy. This challenge also gave me an opportunity to use stamps I've not used in a long time. Seems once they retire from SU, they go into my files and I don't use them as much.Hoping to change that as well. :-)
I chose the criss-cross card so I could tuck some goodies into the pocket as this will go to another Teapotter member.
Creative Blessings!

You have me thinking about te plaid and tartan . I was young in the 70s so have to think now....hmmm....but while I do I can say how pretty this is. Love the soft plaid and your 2 tone flower...so nice and creative....TFs..:0)

That's very pretty plaid - and it's lovely seeing a criss-cross card in the gallery. The heather colour is certainly most appropriate for adding to the Highland feel. (Plenty of it on the hillsides here too!).
