For the water bg I sponged DO inks and spritzed with water, also adding some silver distress stain spray. I then did some partial embossing using a hammer to pound on the folder instead of running it through my machine. I stamped some sea coral, weeds, etc on the bottom portion in brilliance inks...it's hard to see. Then I did Sabrina's q-tip technique and added some purple, silver, and teal dots. The fish are watercolored and fussy cut..that's about it! TFL!

Indeed, I thought that the next time a pointillism challenge came up, I would do this! So much faster than a marker. Your cool colours are beautiful to me on a hot but cloudy day, and your fishy scene is the cutest.
I once had a PC game called Piranha Panic, your fishes remind a little of it.
