I tapped ink on the inside of the Cracked Ice EF, spritzed with water, then laid a piece of glossy stock on top and rubbed over it lightly with my fingertips. I thought the bg need a bit more so splattered some rose water color around the edges then set aside to dry. Stamped my birthday girl onto watercolor paper and (well what else for this challenge) watercolored the image and fussy cut when dry. I punched the corners of the glossy stock for a more festive look, stamped on the sentiment then affixed the main image with Elmer's flex glue. This card will go to my teenage grand daughter so I swiped a bit of stickles over the dress and dropped on a few sequins for some shimmer and shine.
