This is a card for the challenge to make a card representing a neighboring state or country. I had to laugh when I saw the card by Kelly H in WA. She joked she decided on OR for her card because she didn't want to make a potato card for Idaho. I am in Montana so our neighbor states are Idaho, Wyoming, and No. and So Dakota. and our neighbors to the north-Canada. I decided on Idaho when I remembered that their state bird is the Mountain Bluebird. I hadn't used this stamp set yet and was hoping I could make a decent-looking bluebird.
