Karen is our hostess for this week's color challenge, and she gave us a color combination of Blushing Bride, Mint Macaron, and Very Vanilla. Her dessert is "vintage". Karen, these are perfect colors for a vintage card. Great color combination!
My card features the Heartfelt Creations Simply Classic vintage truck. It is filled with lovely dogwood flowers and sits in the driveway near a window of a large brick house.
Unfortunately, my camera did not capture the colors well; however, I used Very Vanilla cardstock for the window frame, the wall that is inside the window, dogwood flowers and leaves, and fence. The Blushing Bride cardstock was used for the draperies that I drew, fussy cut, and embossed, and the ink on the dogwood flowers. The Mint Macaron cardstock was used for the decorative window shutters. I used colors closely related to the Mint Macaron to color the vintage truck. I also used a Gray cardstock and ink for various elements on the card.
Thank you for viewing my card and leaving a comment!!

A lovely vintage beauty Bev!!! Both the truck and your amazing window trim and hand drawn drapery!
Gorgeous coloring of your ‘mint condition’ vintage truck filled with flowers! Gorgeous creation indeed!

Bev, what a beautiful scene you've created! I want my husband's truck to be filled with those lovely dogwood blooms! All the details are amazing, as are you! This is gorgeous!

Bev, this car is just beautiful. I love how you used the pretty colors for the challenge and made them even better by adding the vintage truck. I sure like the fancy window frame.

I'm thinking this would be a perfect anniversary card. To me, it's reminiscent of an stately home with a restored classic car in the driveway. Love is in the air! Beautiful card!
