This little red-headed mermaid has found a dinglehopper and took it too her favorite treasure grotto.
The background was made using embossing paste (colored with Bermuda Bay Reinker) with a stencil made from the Striped Scallop Thinlit. Topped it with Dazzling Diamonds while it was still wet.
The earring hoop and plastic mini-fork were in my found-items stash. The fork was blue, so I painted it with Silver Shimmer Paint. The beads and buttons were also from my stash--don't know where they came from, but they are attached with Crystal Effects. The fork and hoop are also attached with Crystal Effects.
This will be for my niece's birthday in August.
