This is for today's IC653 Lang by Calendars. The image that inspired me was this one (it is the 4th image on the top row - if I did this correctly - LOL).
I cheated a bit. I printed out this digi image on an 8 1/2 x 11 paper and colored it while it was that size. Then after coloring I scanned and shrunk down to the size I needed. I did that so I had easier time with coloring and shading the detail. The main image is with Copics, but the sky is sponged and chalked to get a softer look.

I love your country scene, Barbie. What a lovely image and so beautifully colored. The plaid background is awesome too and fits in with the scene perfectly. We were on the same wave length today, weren't we?
I think you are very clever and not cheating at all to be able to size the image in a way that worked best! Technology is so cool! This is simply gorgeous!
