I stamped and water colored the sea creatures. Then I colored over them with the white crayon and colored some white crayon waves into the area where the ocean waves would be. I also added some crayon to the area of the sandy bottom for some lighter areas. When I finished the background, I ironed the wax into a paper towel by turning the CS face down. I dropped a few dots of water on to the BG to get some lighter bubbles. They looked a little weird so I added white gel pen to the areas while it was still a little damp. Then they looked more like bubbles. Then I stamped the greeting over the BG about 5 times to get it nice and dark in the Crumb Cake color.

Really beautiful, Pat. It looks as if the ironing had given it something of a batik look. It's a brilliant underwater scene; I always thought that was a cute set.
