Sooooo, I have just spent the last hour searching and trying to find the technique I used for the background panel. I have no idea what it is called and so couldn't find it.
You use cling wrap to make the pattern on the glossy card stock. If anyone knows what I'm talking about could you PM me I would really appreciate it, it's such a nuisance getting old lol.
This is the last of four cards for the May FC Christmas Challenge, bring on June - can't believe we are halfway through the year. I have a group of rather dodgy snowmen.
The card is also for this weeks colour challenge; Crushed Cucumber
Berry Burst
Tempting Turquoise
Daffodil Delight
I also used last weeks CAS Colour & Sketch challenge sketch ... just because I like it.
Card is very straightforward with just a little copic blending to introduce the challenge colours. No dessert for me this week.
Thanks for looking
Cheers Marg
Update

This is wonderful, Marg! I love your cling wrap bg. I've done this tech (years ago) but I haven't a clue what its real name is. Love the image you used.

Oh, Marg, this is so darling! I love this "bunch" of snowmen and how beautifully you've colored them! I love the Tempting Turquoise too. Beautifully done and with a great technique. So glad you've added yet another card for this month's Fan Club/Dirty Dozen Christmas challenge! Hugs and love! xoxo

What a jolly greoup of snowmen and great colouring! No idea what the background technique is called although it’s one I’ve used several times - a search for Saran Wrap in the resources section turns up nothing useful either. Looks great on your card, whatever you call it!

This is so cute. Love the snowmen, you've colored them beautifully, and the background is perfect. I've seen it before, on YouTube some called it Faux Mother of Pearl when used with Frost Paint first. Without the Frost Paint others just call it cling wrap or saran wrap background.
