CAS483: Remembering someone one with maybe some stars and red
No red for me. I have tons of stars - heated a sprinkling of white ep on the bottom side of the paper. Maybe a few too many stars or maybe some little bugs?
The dragonfly was a gift and has no name. Poor little thing. The Thinking of You is SU! and from a garage sale.
This was so easy - sponge on the colors (and not very well I might add) and then splash with water. Pat dry and then dry with heat gun. Stamp with Memento Black and versamark, sprinkle on some white ep and heat from the bottom. Touch up some of the dragonfly with white gel pen. Then edge the top panel with a little white paint. Didn't take long at all. I lost an old friend this time last year, and I thought of him while making it. He served in the Air Force during Viet Nam, his father served in World War I, and his grandfather served in the Civil War - all the men had children late in life. All where proud and strong.

Such a beautiful and dramatic card, Nancy. I love the atmosphere you've created with your sponging and sprinkling of stars. Your write up for this is so interesting!
P.S. I think the dragonfly is SU.

I love that your stars are the realistic ones we see at night. A beautiful card.
