WT688 - Spotlight on Silhouettes Here is a silhouette of a lady who is overjoyed with excitement to retire. This is for my friend, Kathie, whose retirement party is next Thursday. Yeah, Kathie!
DD9ABC13M I used Memento Ink on the sentiment and the silhouette.
I saw a you tube video by Frenchie Martin and decided to try my hand at the same idea. I love the result of adding ink to a clear block, spritzing it with water, and then stamping on shimmery white. This won't be my last card with this technique. For more details, visit my blog at https://www.merlascraftycorner.com/2...etirement.html Thanks for Looking!

What a wonderful retirement card! I've never seen such a cheerful retirement card so far. I could feel the big happiness just seeing this one. Thanks for the inspiration!

What a fun bg technique and so easy too. Turned out so pretty....your image shows it all...just the way your friend should be feeling when she retires!

Fabulous retirement card! Love the background. The technique turned out great. Terrific colors. Love the image and the sentiment. A joyous congratulations card and one that has some excellent advice for a soon-to-be retiree. Good advice for anyone. Wonderful card. TFS
