This is for the Alphabet Challenge: Letter J with Ann's suggestion to use a Jade color (Tranquil Tide) and a jar. Also, I used Jewels on the flower centers and Just Because sentiment.
It's my second one for the Barbara's beautiful Color Challenge. I stamped the jar in Smokey Slate as a neutral and die-cut. Then I stamped the stems separately in Tranquil Tide and die-cut. To add the stems to the jar, I laid the jar on scratch paper and stamped the bottom part of the stems in the jar and then added the die-cut stems above the jar rim by trimming off the bottom and lining up with the stamped stems. The flowers are Rich Razzleberry, the flower base was first stamped off and the flower detail is full strength ink. I popped up the flowers and added jewel centers. The paper bow is Sweet Sugarplum gingham paper and I die-cut a piece to look like ribbon wrapped around the jar. For a touch of water in the jar, I applied a little light gray chalk and lots of sparkle. Fun card. TFL

Diane, this is gorgeous! I love Jar of Love and really love how you've used it on your card! Love the CAS and elegant look, and what a perfect card for this week's Color Challenge! I absolutely love the "bow" you've added and the dotted rectangles! So very glad you joined us (again...we just love these colors, right?)! So now, do you have another for this week? ;) Hugs and love! xoxo
