Here's my card for Carla's great Surely, You Jest! Tickle a Teapotter challenge. Being a technique person, I featured faux techniques on the front of my card (faux stitching as well as real, and faux stamped leather), but there's also some uncharacteristic humour on the inside - which you can see [HERE.
Bandanna tech with IO CAC Paisley Crystal stamped on red and detailing added with a white pen. I stitched the edges with black thread and sponged them with black.
Faux stamped leather using the TUTORIAL in our Resources using Four Feathers on kraft. Scattered Straw, Wild Honey, Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain, images stamped with Memento Chocolate Brown.
Serendipity boots stamped on kraft and coloured with pencils. Faux stitching border, piercing on the leather, real stitching on the base. WRMK hardware and a knot of lace.

Sabrina, your faux leather panels are the best I've seen! Love the boots, coloring on kraft paper gives the perfect rustic look. You've got everything covered for a great western theme. You fabulous card will tickle the lucky teapotter who gets it. Thanks for coordinating the tickle challenges and for playing in my challenge.

I had to read and look, read and look...which I totally love doing! After I was so impressed with the card-I had to know all the "deets" as the kids say lol I am thinking hard about that bandanna look!
The inside cracked me up.

Beautiful faux leather bg Sabrine, and your faux stitching looks so real. The little metal piece with the lace is such a nice addcition. Your bandana bg turned out great.
