I saw this by Sue (bensarmom) & thought I'd like to try that. She gave the link & here is mine. It's not hard but for the first time it was a bit time consuming, but I like how it turned out. Thanks Sue for inspiring me today!
For today's F4A JeanneS asked that we fussy cut something for our card. I cut the balloon.

Cute card. I’ve just made up a card kit using this technique to share with stamping friends at an upcoming stamp retreat. It’s interesting to see how others design their cards using the technique. Thanks for sharing.
