I took my inspiration from the Skye the Mermaid at the Cuddle and Kind website (IC645).
My colours are a bit brighter - and more green than blue, but I liked the wide horizontal stripe effect on the adorable mermaids.
Embossed my greeting and then added colour on top - and then some Wink of Stella to add a bit of glitter. Cut out with Wonky Rectangle dies and made into a tag, before popping up on some patterned paper with the same colours. Added a smaller greeting at the bottom to finish things off.

I just saw this on the front gallery and fell in love!! Oh I love this layout and colors - it is brilliant and beautiful and girl it is going into my faves!!
