I managed to get both the Mix Ability Challenge (a sketch) and the Free 4 All challenge (Encouraging Wellness) in my card today!
I sponged a stencil background, die cut the flat bottom circle out of Origami paper, stamped along the top edge and added washi tape along the bottom edge.
I sponged the edges of the fortune cookies with Tea Dye Distress ink.
in this photo you can see the 'encouraging wellness' sentiments I used.
In the photo next to this one in my gallery you can see how the card looks with the messages slipped inside the cookies.

What a great card with the perfect sentiment for the F4A challenge. I love your stencilling. Super card for both challenges.

Love the pull-out messages from the fortune cookies. The sentiments are terrific. I like how you used a cookie reference on one. Fabulous card inside and out. TFS
