This is my project for alpha challenge round 9, letter G. I used green. I made this using the tutorial for candy flower garden. Since I have no candy or cello bags, I made flowers on skewers instead - plant pokes. I used a 1/4" circle punch to put the skewers through, and inside the base I put 3 layers of corrugated cardboard and used an awl to punch holes for the skewers to rest in, keeping them upright. The flowers are attached to the skewers with hot glue. And now that I have this uploaded, I realize that I forgot the little sign. oops!

So cute, Melody! I really like the idea of them on skewers. Beautiful sponging and shaping to your flowers and I like the embossing on your fenceposts as well.

Melody, this is soooooo adorable and fun. Love your stick flowers - perfect substitute! Those flowers would be great on cupcakes too (can you tell I am on a diet?). Cute, cute, cute!!!

Melody this is so pretty! I love your blue flowers, I have a hard hard time shading them on the outside of the flowers like you have here. I love your fence and dotted grass and the flower box, so creative!! And cute!
