I'm so excited for the tea party for SuperMiles and Libby. They are going to love receiving everyone's cards! My superhero is wearing green, because that is SuperMiles's color for liver cancer awareness. He had a successful liver transplant about six months ago, but still has some cancer that he is still going for treatment for. He's such a fighter and always has a smile on his face. He's just such a cutie that he was the featured photo on this article about the Goodnight Lights program at Hasbro Children's Hospital It's a really nice thing that the city of Providence does for the kids. Well worth the read.
So I went with the Goodnight Lights theme for my cards. I cut out a moon and stenciled and lightly sponged some vellum. I added some stars on the black by splattering Snow Cap Mixative around.
Thank you all for your cards for SuperMiles. He and his family can really use the encouragement.

What a cool card. I never thought of using white mixative for spattering, must try that. The shading in your light is the sort of detail I am so bad at. Thank you for the link to that very moving article. And the photo of Miles.
