For Robins color challenge with dessert of flowers.
I pulled out a 1997 stamp set that I havenÂ’t used in a very long time.
I stamped the image with Versafine ink and heat embossed in dark blue on watercolor paper.
Watercolored the image then did a color wash and splatters with chosen colors around the image.
Frayed the edge of the matte and adhered to coordinating colors floral DP.
The first time I used this set I made a clock with Nellie image and used the tiny bird stamp in the set for 3,6,9,12 and the tiny feather stamp for the remaining numbers. A bird-loving friend likes it so much, I gifted it to her for her birthday many years ago.

I just love seeing those wonderful old stamps making it back into the gallery. I remember this one. It was during the time I was a SU demonstrator. My love for the art of stamping outgrew my total devotion to SU. I do still love most of the stamps I collected when I was my best customer!! Still using up the papers and inks. LOL

I just love that dark and busy dp that holds your panel. What a fun image that is...the nest lady. Love the name. Fab card!

This is too cute!! I love the folklore look this has, and you portrayed it perfectly!! Great card!
