This is kind of a mess, but I had fun making it. (I think it has a better look IRL than it does on screen.) First I noticed the tulips in the stencil pattern, and then the edges of the scallops turned into rainbows... Well, it's my mess and I like it! Also, if I were to do this again, I think I could make it neater.
Thanks for a fun challenge, Sabrina, this is definitely something I would never have thought to try on my own.

Well, if it looks better in real life it must be amazing - it went straight into my favourites. It made me think of that old hostess set, The World Over, and the flower stamp in it. I love the rainbows, they are just sweet.
