This was fun, and I hope I did it correctly. I used a wave stencil and sponge for the bg, I die cut the bubbles, and used the negative, again sponging. then I used my zig pen to outline and fill in the bubbles (doodling?), I hope making them look like air bubbles in the water. Added some words and the fish. My zig died halfway through....how frustrating!
