Hi friends,
Well this morning when I looked at the challenge I saw a sea turtle bed spread but can I find it now...NO! So I found some wall art that I'm using instead here
I love yupo paper for blending alcohol ink but not so much for stamping! I originally had the yupo die cut on a beautiful ocean blue and green bg and decided to stamp the sentiment in the center, well it wouldn't dry so I set my heat gun to it ...just barely, guess what? Yupo paper doesn't like heat...kind of like plastic. it warped and wrinkled and OMGosh I was so upset...I just spent hours making bg's and coloring my images and doe cutting, you know how it is...but well, yupo paper doesn't stick very well either and I was able to pull my die cut stuff off and but it on a different piece that I had done, for something else! There are still yucky wrinkles on the right side of my die cut but it is what it is!.
So, I must remember above all else, yupo paper, NO heat!
Thanks for looking!

You did an awesome job and if there are wrinkles, I sure don't see them in the picture. Love how your turtle is swimming part in and part out of the seaweed. Beautiful colors and blends that you just can't get with anything but yupo.

Wow Robin! The colors of your card caught my eye. Sorry you had such a difficult time with your card, but it is truly gorgeous! I love the scene you created and the mermaid and turtle are both amazing! Beautifully done.

Gosh, what a gorgeous die with all those sea creatures. And, the mermaid is beautiful. Sorry you had such a hard time but so glad you let us know about the "Never Use Heat" on Yupo . Love your card.

Mate...you said 'wrinkles' like it's a bad thing!! Thanks for the tips. Your card looks beautiful sweet Robin, as always your colouring is out of this world.!!!

You did a wonderful job rescuing this!! I never would have noticed the wrinkles! What I did notice was how you placed the mermaid and the turtle in and out of the sea coral frame! LOVE it!!!

Love the boldness of your turq and deep blue as a bg for your beautifully colored mermaid and turtle. The entire composition captures the viewer's eye. A stunning card, Robin.
