I got to sneak home early today... and I checked out the ways to use it and seen the list of things to try. ( this Vintage Watercolor is not a new to me one but, is one I had the supplies handy for) and I had picked up this stamp ( who knows how long ago)and have not inked it before... so, The sentiment is also a newer one to me from the Cathy Z line at Simon Says Stamp. I had seen on pinterest a very long time ago that these poppies are a really gorgeous shade of blue and have wanted to have one growing in my yard ever since. ( so the stamp is next best thing.) There is a closer look at the coloring on the blog here.thanks for this challenge Carla, & tfl.

That stamp looks beautiful with this technique, Stacy. I had those poppies for a few years in our last house but one year they just never grew back :-(.
