I have loved the inspiration site this week - another rainbow palette for me please... so I picked this gorgeous necklace here.
Sponged my balloons, masking as I went, stamped the stars and the fun sentiments, and embossed my sentiment on a black strip. Attached to card front. It sounds so fast and quick, doesn't it? Fun to make even though the sponging and masking does take a bit of time. Almost a OLC!

Love this cheerful card, Maura. Yes, that masking and sponging had to take a bit of time. The recipient is sure to love it.

What wonderful sponging! You made your balloons pop right out of the page - the dimension is fantastic! Love your gorgeous array of colours. This is a gorgeous, bright, and sunny card!
