A good friend finally retired & this is for her. I hope she will spend some relaxing days ahead! I created my scene using today's SC brought to us by Cathy. I thought immediately of using this set. I started by using the brayer for the background - has an ombre effect I think, so this is also going into the TLC680 gallery. I used Bashful Blue on top & Old Olive on the bottom. Masked a sun, then used reverse masking for the sponging. Using MISTI I stamped the trees & hammock. I really didn't know what to do for panel #4, ending up using IBBG for a 'path'. Momenta dp are the background panels. This was inspired by a card my B-I-L received when he retired.
This was fun to do.
Thanks for a great sketch Cathy and
thanks for stopping by.

Hey yourself.....I gave up using a brayer a long time ago. I might have to pull it out and give it another try.....I love the smudgy look of your sky and your grass. I also like the way the sun is coming through the top of your tree. This is beautiful, Karen!
