Jennifer McGuire recently did a video using distress oxide inks on alcohol paper. (https://www.jennifermcguireink.com/2...-giveaway.html) I used that method to make the paper used for the stars. I did not have the glaze she used so I used a shimmering sort of mod podge over the top to make them glitter and sparkle.

Oh, the patterning in those stars is just so pretty. They look gorgeous - and so does the gold lettering: a personalised card to that level of detail is always so special.

Oh my! I love so many things about this! I love the beautiful shimmery stars! Great job on those. I love the beautiful ombre background because it adds dimension But most of all I love that you put her name on it! She will love that! Fabulous card!

Jean, your card for Payson is gorgeous! I love the stars you created following Jennifer's tutorial. The addition of her name will certainly excite Payson! Great card, Jean!

Oh gosh, children just love to see their names on things and this card will make her feel like a superstar with all the glittery gold in the letters and these stunning shimmery stars. What a fun card and special card to give to Payson. ~Karen.
