This is for today's clean and simple challenge to celebrate the Grand Canyon, Parks, Colors of the canyon, etc.
I knew I wanted to try making mountains with torn paper. At first the mountains looked too plain so I scribbled on them with oil pastels. Probably what took me the longest on this card was deciding on whether or not to stamp a sentiment and if so, which one. . .for what occasion? So, when I came across this stamp, I thought it was general enough for the card to be used for a birthday, sympathy or almost anything.

Your card is so inventive in how you created the moutains with different papers and colors, and so very lovely. I think you found just the right sentiment too. Beautiful!

Wow... so unique! This is a great tribute to the Grand Canyon. I love all of your layers of mountains and how they are each different. You picked a great sentiment to compliment them!
