Argh! It's mulch, alright! I started coloring my first attempt at this Thistle on a tea bag. I didn't iron it, but used removable adhesive to hold it flat while I colored it. When it was time for me to mount it on my black card stock, I tried lifting it and it tore...right in the center of the thistle.
Plan B, tea dye some mulberry (because it looks like the tea bag) and try again. It was much more successful.
Thanks for looking!

I admire your perseverance...the final result is so pretty! I love mulberry paper, and kinda wish it was trendy again! Your colors are so lovely, and definitely point to spring. Thanks for playing along with my challenge!

Your card is lovely...I love textures and I am amazed at seeing teabags used on cards and guess who is going to try stamping on some...LOL. I felt your pain when your teabag tore but the end result is lovely. TFS Happy day
