Stamped image onto WC Paper. Water colored and used Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers for coloring. Fussy cut along the right hand side of the image. Stamped a few branches onto left hand side and colored. Cut Pink CS to 4.25x5.5", cut image to 4x5.25". Adhered the layers. Stamped sentiment. Added Flower Soft to the center of the flowers, added Glossy Accents to the heart and painted dots on heart with silver paint pen. Allowed to dry.
