I stamped the flower image in Putty ink onto watercolor paper, to do some no-line watercoloring. After die cutting with a circle die, I colored the image with my Inktense pencils. (I prefer to die cut first in a case like this, so if I mess that up, I haven't wasted a lot of time coloring an image I can't then use.) I used my preferred method of picking up the color from the pencils with a damp paintbrush and apply it to the paper.
I cut a piece of yellow patterned paper from the "Pocket Blossom" pad, and adhered it to a green cardstock panel. I also cut 2 pieces of bird paper from the "Bloom" collection. I adhered those to my background, and adhered the focal circle over them to hide the gap.
I created my greeting in Photoshop, and printed it on a narrow strip of purple cardstock. I adhered that in place, and mounted my finished card front to a white card base.
