I used a lot of underwater stamps after sponging and watercoloring. I added several die cuts and colored parts with Copics. The scene was splattered with white and black paints. Colored in a sea floor.
I was trying to stamp my octopus in white over the sponging and it took on a light blue color. Part of it was covered with the darker blue. If you're looking for it, it is in the top left corner. :-)

Wow! What a stunning replica of your inspiration piece, Brenda!! I first read your description and then clicked on the related link. My mouth dropped when I saw the room, as your card truly depicts it so magnificently! Your water coloring is wonderful and I LOVE those bubbles! The white octopus comes through and is gorgeous. Mrs. Benzi, you knocked this challenge out of the park!! Love it, love it, love it!!
