I don't know exactly what I did, but the photo uploaded while I was still typing. Anyone, the off-center image was to "hide" the uneven placement of the washi tape, then I decided it needed more contrast and found a flower-shaped die that (barely) fit behind it. I was going to stamp the sentiment on the white strip, but decided I wanted to give it more oomph to balance the other side of the card and used color and layering to do that. The only thing I'd want to change is to find a circle a little bit smaller to hold the image, so more of the flower shape showed behind it.
