DD8ABC24X: This week we are on X. I handed this card to my DH and told him it was my X card. He saw it right away, do you? See the X design in the concertina fold card? In looking for a new-to-me tutorial, I found this one: Concertina Fold Card Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers The change that I made was to mount the concertina fold front onto a full 8.5x4.25 card base so I would have the full use, instead of just mounting it to a quarter sheet of cs.
Just in case my visible x's in the card design didn't fly, I printed this image of a xiphium iris and colored it with Copic markers.
No dp was harmed in the making of this card. The pattern you see on the Daffodil Delight cs is the Blooms Fill In stamp stamped in Daffodil Delight ink and the pattern on the Lovely Lilac cs is the Plaid Background stamp stamped in Lovely Lilac ink.
The image/sentiment panel is popped up on dimensionals.
Thanks for looking!

Gorgeous! X-cellent ideas for Letter X. It took me a couple seconds, but I do see the X in the card fold. What a creative idea. Love the xiphium iris; another clever idea. Beautifully colored. Fabulous card! TFS

I sure do see that X. Genius! Beautiful colors, thanks for the link to the tutorial! I have learned a new different Iris name thanks to you! Funny about no dp being harmed!
