Under my craft table is a box of quilling supplies. I move them here and there, but I havenÂ’t gotten into some of them for a while, and I havenÂ’t made roses in forever. So IÂ’m giving those supplies a second chance today with this Valentine card. I traced around a heart die on the patterned paper, made six small roses and one larger one and several leaves, and glued them to the left side of the heart. Sticky pearls are attached to the right side of the heart, and a love die cut from an Alpha sister is attached in the middle. TFL

Kandie, what a beautiful design. Those roses look just amazing.
The classy brass templates were an SU line in the days when people still dry-embossed by hand with a stencil; some of them are designed to coordinate with certain stamps as well as providing basic shapes.

Beautiful card, Kandie! Love those roses. I've got quilling tops/supplies tucked away in a drawer. Guess I'll have to add them to the list. Thanks for giving an unused tool a second chance and playing in my challenge.

Wowza Kandie I love this heart and the amazing flowers. The pearls add so much glam to the card and really finish this off beautifully but that Quilling is over the top amazing!
