Believe it or not my background is Bath tissue!!! The Turtle imprint inspired me to make water scene... just where bath tissue ends up! Lol
Used DOX inks on the tissue, stamped & die cut the mermaid, adding wink of Stella all over her.
Stamped bubbles on the tissue in vintage photo ink, then applied pearls & clear stickles over the bubbles randomly. The pearls are over the mermaids head.
Added a pool of glue at the bottom and ‘ poured’ glass beads on top. Using an acrylic block, I pressed the beads into the glue and let it set. Added 3 sequins for more bling.
I photoed the card laying flat, as the glue is not completely dry. The sparkle is just super IRL!
The most difficult part was adhering the tissue to the glitter matte. Tape adhesive didnÂ’t stick to the glitter paper, so I sparingly used glue to the back perimeter of the tissue. I was happy it did not leave any trace of adhesion.
Inside of card says... You are Mermazing! This will be my DGDÂ’s 21st birthday card.
Thanks Sabrina for a fun paper towel technique!

What a great idea!! I love all the beads, and what a fab card for your DGD's 21st birthday. My two DGD's will be 21 in May. Thanks for sharing this!

Oh my, that has to be the coolest paper towel, I've never seen anything like it. And what a fantastic card it inspired...your mermaid is lovely and that little cascade of beads looks just amazing. It would be a great way of making treasure trove for a dragon.

Jeannie, this is so cool!! I love all the beads & sequins in this fantasy sea world ( I did try inking a piece of toilet paper too but it was even more boring than my toweling) Your on the other hand is super fun - I'm just curious as to what brand puts this much fun into toilet paper!!
