I wasn't very creative today with the circles challenge. I saw such a pretty card by Laurie Schmidlin, of Papertrey Ink and wanted to make something similar. The polka dot paper was attached to a pink pirouette card base, vellum cs added and the window panel placed over that. The flowers were die cut, stamped and arranged in the window and the die cut sentiment added. Here's the link to Laurie's site.

It's a beautiful card...love the flowers coming from the window and the polka dot paper is just right for the challenge.

The vellum overlay is so effective and gives such a classy look. I really like the opposite of out-of-the-box way the flowers are done - that looks cool. And your circles are perfect .
