Fun challenge, Sabrina, I decided to use a technique I haven't used in a while - the Spotlight Technique. I also used circles for the sentiment. Another digi image I already had printed, twice. Seeing as I love colouring it was hard to stop at the top of the girl only!!
In photographing this I have come to the conclusion pearls have a mind of their own - I used 2 rulers to straighten the pearls, set up to photograph, and alas they do not look straight!!! Oh well, TFL!

Sue, I love this sweet vintage image and the spotlighting is spot on for this challenge. I love that the sentiment is within a circle too and the pearls just carry it to the perfect finish.

What a gorgeous friendship card this is! I love the spotlight technique you used and I adore the bg colors you chose to showcase this sweet little girl with. And that velvet ribbon is amazing. I agree, the "beauty" of pearls is they are rather independent. ~Karen.

I love this little girl. Spotlighting her face was a great idea. Your coloring is terrific, Sue. Well done.

Ooh! Spotlight is a great circle technique! I admire your restraint in not coloring the entire image. I struggle with leaving any black and white. Fantastic coloring! Sweet card!
