I stamped the rainy stripes in silver pigment 5 X through the center of the card. The sentiment was stamped & embossed with black. I die cut an assortment of gears from silver & gold metallic cardstock to layer over my stripes then added a few gold sequins for balance. The whole piece was mounted onto midnight glitter cardbase (the glitter is probably more effective inside than out but it went well with my silver metallic gears.)

Oh I love all the silver and gold wheels - how awesome! I love your stripes too! A pretty card, but can be used as a guy card too.

Love those rainy stripes that not only provides a foundation for the wheels, but also provided the stripes for the F4A challenge. Perfectly designed for this great combination. Love that it's a birthday card, as the wheels remind me of the mechanics of a watch, which like birthdays just tick away time faster than we think sometimes.

Those rain stripes are fab, Linda. The gears in silver and gold make this a great guy card.
