I knew I wanted to make something in bright happy and non-Christmas colors, so this towel caught my eye at World Market, the site for this week's Inspiration Challenge.
I took the basic layout, and the floral/stripe/different stripe pattern from the card, as well as the overall colors. I mixed and matched pattern paper to create the background and used a tape roller to stick it down. I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of dark yellow cardstock in brown ink and cut it out with a die, then cut a contrasting orange piece with a different larger die. I stuck the two pieces together and attached to the card using foam tape. I took apart a couple of flower stems from Dollar Tree and layered them together, and used a brad to hold them together and attach them to the card. I didn't like the way the brad looked so I glued the button on top of it.
Thanks for looking!

Very pretty, colorful, and cheerful. I like all the stripes.
