Happy New Year, everyone!! It has been very busy for me for the last two weeks, and I have not posted anything. So, I am happy to participate in Kia's Chilled Thanks CAS challenge!
This card was easy to make, and it features one of Penny Black's gorgeous winter scene stamps. The MISTI was a very handy tool to use in making this card as I stamped the image several times. I colored with markers various sections of the stamp and stamped them onto a piece of white card stock. I repeated this process several times until I achieved the desired color for each section.
After covering the image with VersaMark Ink and heat embossing with clear embossing powder, I used a VersaMark pen to add more clear embossing powder in areas that I wanted to appear as snow.
I sponged distress oxide inks on the piece after adding a circular piece of masking tape for the moon. I splattered copic white paint over the card for snow, and added the Thanks sentiment.
Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment!

Oh wow Bev, this is so incredibly beautiful, but I don't think you are allowed to add a die-cut "thanks" to a drop dead gorgeous photo and call it a card!!! Just kidding....oh my is is stunning.

This is a true masterpiece of a thank you card. I had to read your description because for a moment there I thought this might be a photo printed on cardstock. You thought of every detail on this card and it shows in how gorgeous this is! Penny Black would be proud! Happy 2018 to you! ~Karen.
