Hi, sweet friends! I am happy to be joining in the fun of making Christmas cards this year for the Dirty Dozen Christmas Challenge here at SCS! IÂ’ve always wanted to join in, but now IÂ’m starting.
My comforting cup of cocoa fits the challenge perfectly, and I used Copic markers to color. It’s been a while since I’ve made a card, so I sure need to color more this year. Given the “big chill” that is sweeping the States, a warm cup of cocoa is welcome, I’m sure. This was an easy card after the coloring was finished, and I used a postage stamp die for interest and love the DP with the glitter stripes.
We hope you get inspired and join us to make your 2018 Christmas cards throughout the year! WeÂ’ll all have fun. And Happy New Year!! Much love, and warm hugs! xoxo

How warm & wonderful, Cheryl! You cup of cocoa would be perfect here...it's sooooo cold! We're supposed to have lows for a few nights in the single digits! Love your stripe paper w/ the glitter.

What an inviting cup of warmth! Love the little swig of pine attached to the cup to give it a more festive look. Thanks for reminding me about the Christmas challenge that goes on year round. Taking part in these and also doing at least one or two Christmas cards a week during the year, I am completing my Christmas cards without a hustle or rush when December gets here.
