Count My Blessings Again by Nan Cee's at Splitcoaststampers
Nancy's design caused me to think of Gifts of Love stamp set, which I haven't used nearly enough. I loved the orange tones on her card, but I had a panel already stamped from a previous card project, so I went with pink, soft green and gray. Used different papers. I altered her lovely design just a bit with taller, narrower panel moved to the left, placed the scallop strip the opposite way and added a sentiment. Popped up both pieces. I used a scallop circle punch to coordinate with the scallop strip. Applied Wink of Stella sparkle to the flowers and has a lovely sparkle IRL.
