Cathy has us coloring this week. I donÂ’t use a lot of different coloring mediums. I colored the bird and leaves with blender pen and ink pad, Used watercolor pencil on beak, feet and branch. Embossed the green and added burlap ribbon. Trying to use some of my older stamps. TFL

Love cardinals on Christmas cards and this one looks beautiful framed by that lovely holly embossing, Carolyn! The burlap ribbon was the perfect finishing touch!

This is so striking Carolyn and really gorgeous. I love this wonderful embossed green bg and how it really showcases your stunning cardinal image. The coloring you did captures the depth of red a cardinal has. I also love the burlap ribbon you used on this card. This one is a keeper I hope? ~Karen.
