Our Featured Stamper, bscovill, has a lovely gallery. I came across this fun card and realized that I had admired it when it was new as well, so I had to choose it. Then I decided to combine it with Jeanne's Roll the Dice VSN Challenge. So I rolled the dice and hoped not to get a 1. I rolled a 5. I'm never exactly sure how to count layers, but I figured the cardbase is one because that's all I would have used if I rolled a one. Then I have one layer of plain black, for three -- an alcohol background that I had hanging around (looks kind of like Earth from afar doesn't it?), fourth I have the glittery black, and does the astronaut count for five? I think so. I'm still learning how to use my Brother ScanNCut. My mat is already losing it's stickiness and the astronaut slipped and the cut is a little off. I think I need to go read some FAQs.

Far out! Love the outer space theme. You did find a cute card to be inspired by. Love the background of the planet. The sparkly black looks awesome. Way to go! Great job on both challenges. TFS

I like that glittery black frame - but hope your cute little astronaut isn't getting sucked in to a black hole . . . the alcohol ink piece makes a great earth!
