What a lovely web site for today's inspiration challenge - I looked in the pottery section and found this lovely crackled dove pin.
I didn't have time to do a paste crackle but I had this lovely Crackle Background stamp from Impression Obsession that worked perfectly!
I die cut the bird (Eileen Hull/Sizzix) and sponged it with Ranger Distress Pumice Stone and then stamped the crackle in black. I stamped music behind the bird and added the sentiment and bird on using foam dots.
I also made a blue dove (seen next to this in my gallery) - the gray looked more like the dove pin but the blue seemed more Christmasy !?!
