I was able to get an early start on this due to not being able to sleep. I followed Dina's tutorial, however I got a cheap air dry crayola clay, so my results weren't quite what I was hoping for. After the acrylic paints dried, I swiped a silver encore ink pad over it. When that dried, I sprayed polyurethane over. Finally, I slid a bead onto some silver thread and tied it around my ribbons. I plan to try again, when I can get to the craft store and get some better clay. I also need to follow the tutorial better. I started with wax paper and wasted some clay as it wouldn't peel off! And wouldn't you know, the only cookie cutter I had was an old Tupperware biscuit cutter! A note about the crayola clay, it dries but it doesn't get hard. It's a soft, flexible type of dry.
