WT662 = Blast off into Space - space theme, galaxy background, etc.
When this challenge was posted a couple of weeks ago, I decided to try my first ever galaxy background but it took me a while to getting around to it.
I finally watched a video tutorial and made a lovely A2-sized galaxy background - I was really please with how it turned out. But sadly I turned my back on it and my puppy got hold of it - I heard a tearing sound and there she was ripping it up! I salvaged a small piece of it - just enough to use as a background behind this die cut.
I used a new cross-stitched die to trim the piece and popped it up on fun foam.

Oh no!!! I'm so sorry, but glad that you did manage to salvage enough to make such a beautiful creation. The white flecks of paint make fabulous snow rather than stars.
Your story reminded me of the year when my dad was in charge of students arriving late to school; puppies and dogs featured largely.

Beautiful card! Sure glad that you were able to salvage a piece of that oh-so-pretty background! Love the way you made this look like a snow globe!
