Long time since I have posted so hope I do it right. hehe I chose this card for my inspiration. Donna has a lovely gallery and I was inspired by many of her cards but chose her shower card since mine is also for a baby. My nephew and niece are expecting their first child in a couple of weeks and he just became a fireman!
Things I changed - square to a rectangle, instead of dp I made a mixed media bg using paints, & stencils. Also changed the elephant to a baby carriage.
Had fun today. Just a note, even tho Curt the cow isn't on this card he is on the quilt I made for the baby. You know Curt, always shows up somewhere in my work. hehe
Well that's about it. TFL

What a strange coincidence!! I was just thinking of you and Connie earlier this weekend and wondering how you were doing. Your mixed media background is gorgeous.

How fabulous to see YOU and your wonderful work. I looked high and low for Curt, then I read your description hoping to find a clue....ok he is busy quilting. I must be the only person at SCS that didn't know Connie is your sister! Hugs to you both.

I am sure glad I clicked on the gallery and saw your card. It is so pretty and the baby carriage is precious. You have certainly been missed and it's great to see you here today. Tell Connie congratulations for me....she is missed, also, and that tree where she always photographed her pictures.
